Coaching Client Policies and Procedures
Welcome to coaching as my client. I look forward to working together. There are a few guidelines that I expect clients to maintain in order for our relationship to work. If you have any questions, please email me.
Payments for coaching sessions are always made before booking on our website at www.thehealthyeducator.com. There are no refunds once a session is booked with me. We can reschedule if within the 24 hour notice policy.
Please join our call a few minutes before the start time! Come to the call with updates, progress and current challenges. Let me know what you want to work on, and be ready to be coached. There are templates created for you to help gather thoughts you would like to chat about, but are not required.
Our agreement includes a set amount of time for a call. If you are not able to stay on the call for the full time you forfeit the fee.
If you need to change your appointment this must happen more than 24 hours in advance! If you are not within these guidelines you will forfeit that session.
I want our session to be productive. If I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. I promise to do what is necessary to help you become a better version of yourself!
It is necessary for you to implement the coaching that is given to feel that coaching is a success. You have hired a coach to do things differently than you ever have before. If you choose to not use the coaching and keep doing what you have always done, you will get the results you have always gotten.
